About Actium Defense

Actium Defense is a Limited Liability Company, founded in 2006 to supply manufactured goods to the U.S. Defense Department. Actium Defense is owned and operated by Don and Marianne Carlson, who together have over 30 years experience in the Defense Industry.

Mission Statement

To supply quality products to the U.S. Defense Department, via a multi-tiered strategy involving both direct sales and collaboration with local, national, and international corporate partners. To maintain a healthy, safe, and prosperous business environment for our owners, partners, and employees. To serve our customers, partners, employees, and the American warfighter with integrity and honor.

Management Team

Our management team has over 30 years experience in the industry, including:

Active Duty

• US Air Force 1968-1972.

Department of Defense Civilian Service

• Quality Assurance Specialist for the US Defense Department with over 26 years experience, managing hundreds of contracts in several states and many countries in Europe and Asia.
• Computer Specialist for the US Army for over three years, including 6 months in Iraq, in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
