Actium Defense LLC is committed to maintaining the highest quality standards for our industry. We maintain a quality program that complies with the requirements of ISO 9000/2000 and AS 9100. To comply with DoD procurement requirements, we are self-certified to these standards. Our management team has prior experience as a lead auditor for these systems within the DoD and is capable of performing ISO compliance audits.

We have developed a world class supplier audit program that emphasizes customer-focused quality with emphasis on ISO 9000/2000 second party audits, a vendor rating system, and a flow down of our material conformance and characteristic accountability programs. We do this to ensure that our customers receive first quality products that conform to their requirements.

We have developed a material integrity program which assures conformance to requirements through chemical and physical analysis of materials and assures compliance to Barry Amendment requirements for specialty metals. Our characteristic accountability program ensures the ability of our processes to comply with every feature of our customer’s requirements. Key characteristics and features are identified and quantitatively measured through the production process to assure that quality requirements are met.
