  Marianne Carlson, President and General Manager

Marianne graduated Summa cum Laude in 1997 from the University of Maryland (European Division) with a BS in Information Systems Management. Since then, she has managed a diverse career in Information Technology and Leadership. She served as the Computer Support and Training Coordinator for the Vermont Judiciary, then took a position with the US Army in Germany. That position included work as network technician, support manager, Information Security Officer, and IT trainer. She has also developed websites, managed a retail outlet, owned and operated her own small business, and coordinated the US Army Benchworks' Leadership Development project. Marianne's IT career was highlighted by a six-month deployment to Iraq in 2003, where she served as IT security officer for a unit of over 20,000 soldiers, in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

  Don Carlson, Director of Operations

Don served in the US Air Force from 1968 until 1972. He graduated from Purdue University in 1976 with a BS in Public Administration and served in the US Department of Defense for 26 years as a Quality Assurance Specialist. He held numerous supervisory and leadership positions, held three overseas assignments and managed contracts in 14 different countries. He has been certified in various Quality Assurance Systems. He has held certifications in Mechanical, Automotive, Electronics, Aircraft, Ammunition, and Aerospace Commodities. He has performed quality assurance on several NASA contracts holding various NASA specific certifications. He has also been certified as a level II nondestructive testing inspector in the following disciplines: Liquid Penetrant Inspection, Magnetic Particle Inspection, Radiographic Testing,  Ultrasonic Testing, and Eddy Current Testing.
